I've heard that when replacing guitar strings and tuning it you have to turn the pegs a certain direction..like on an acoustic guitar where pegs are on both sides you have to turn the G,B and high E pegs clockwise when you tighten it and the low E,A and D counterclockwise when you tighten them because if you do the opposite it puts too much pressure on the bridge but does it really matter which way you turn the pegs when you tune strings? Also if it does, does turning the pegs in the wrong direction make your strings break faster?
