Why do people think all Asians have small eyes and flat noses?

because thats what they look like in general. Every group of people are different. Africans are black, tall, and generally have wide noses. Europeans are White and generally have long noses. Asians are generally short, have black hair, flat noses and thin eyes. notice that im speaking generally. there are obviously going to be exceptions, but most fit the part.
