Any ideas on a nice blessing to say before Thanksgiving dinner?

I will be saying the family blessing tomorrow. We are like any family, in that we have had our shares of ups and downs. We have also lost some close family members in the last few years. Both children and adults. Still, we know we are blessed no matter what, so I am looking for a gratitude blessing. Something simple, and heartfelt. Not too long. I am trying to think of something now as it can be difficult to come up with what you'd like to say right on the spot. Anyone have any ideas? All suggestions would be appreciated, as I'm at a loss as to what I want to say. Thanks, and I hope everyone has a great day spent with their family's as well.
