Banfield free office Visit?

If dog has started coughing since visiting a vet & getting shots, she may have picked up kennel cough while there - check w/ the vet. Typical - offer a free visit, then don't answer the phone. Keep calling. Also, aren't Banfields located in PetSmart stores - if that is the case, call the PetSmart number & have someone go back to the vet & give a message to call you back.
