Blackmen who has education, a good paying job and never been in jail is considered a turnoff to black women?

The reason why i ask is because i have two friends that i tried to hook up with my co-worker who is african american. Mostly all the men she dated have been either on drugs, broke and no Job, or just lazy in general so i had two black guys i wanted to hook her up with. The first guy who is a lawyer and very successful she turned him down on the first date because she claims he didn't have enough swagger? (Cant somebody explain what that means) The second guy i introduced her to owns a restaurant and he took her to his place for dinner but said that he was to short for her (he's 6'0) she is only 5'5 so i don't know what she's talking about. Then her ex boyfriend just went to Jail for drugs but she keeps going to visit him and talking about marriage with this fool but then when he does something bad, she complains to me about how she cant find a good man? Anyways why is this?
