Can anyone PLEASE HELP me with being a Co-Signer On My Fiancé's Lease & Getting Health Insurance in FL?

My mother, months ago left me to live on my own in Florida while she moved to Pennsylvania; my father and I have no contact whatsoever and I have never even met the man in my entire life. I am a female whom is 17 years of age, (18 as of November 17th), and she has canceled my health insurance, resulting in the discontinuation of all prescription medications I have been taking since a young child. How do I gain emancipation from her grasp or find any loophole in Florida state law so that I can receive my state provided medical benefits? Also, I direly need this done now to be put on my Fiancé’s lease so that I can legally stay with him, allotting me with a not only safe, but a God-sent opportunely secure home until my 18th birthday and beyond.
