How to become an airline pilot. I need advice from current or retired pilots who have experience.?

I am 15 years old in the 10th grade in high school. i live in Richardson, Texas in the USA. I love airplanes and want to become an airline pilot so bad. can you please give me a schedule telling by what age i would have all the liscences done and start getting hired by airlines. tell me exactly what i am suppose to do to become a pilot and at what age. dont tell me to research on the internet because i keep finding different answers and i dont know which one is the fastest and cheapest way to do.also i am not willing to get in the military. just tell me exactly when, where, and how im suppose to get a certain pilot liscence. please i need help. also current pilots will you please tell what is a day at work and how many days you get off and stuff like that and just how it feels.
