I'm having pain in my abdonem?

So.. over the course of like, a year and a half I've been having pain that's kind of like a jabbing or stabbing feeling just less severe. It's not unbearable or something, and it only lasts on and off for five minutes or less. It happens about once every week or two, and where it's at varies. Sometimes it's on my lower left side, sometimes on my lower right, sometimes it's the lower right of my back, and sometimes it's either the upper right/left under my ribcage. Anyone know what this could be? Like I said, it's not /that/ painful, but I'm just curious since it's been going on for quite a while now. I don't have any other symptoms, like a fever, gas, diarreah, constipation, etc. Just the pain. Help is appreciated, and please say more than "see a doctor" ~
