Fruit Trees?

I want to plant some fruit trees in my backyard. I live in southern California and the lemon tree i planted a few years ago is thriving. Does anyone know the best orange tree to planet, for eating not juicing, Navel??, the best cherry tree to plant, preferably the yellow and red ones, and the best apricot tree to plant. Also what company sells really quality trees at the nursery?
