How can I encourage my boyfriend to be a little bit more romantic?

As you've guessed, I'm the mushy one in the relationship, and he isn't quite as romantic. He can be on occasion, but it's so few and far between that it's almost as though it never happens. I'm not talking ually, I'm thinking more along the lines of a date that isn't a movie, or going to Denny's. I also want to just kiss sometimes without having . I have said that I just want to makeout without on occasion, and we will for a little, and then it'll develope into , or I'll say, "just kiss me" and he'll get annoyed that I don't want every time. Don't get me wrong, I am one horny thing, I LOVE , but sometimes it's nice and sweet to just kiss. Do you have any advice on how to encourage him to be romantic more often?
