Impulsive, can't concentrate, obsessed with cleanliness, what to do?

He has ADHD (Attention Devasite Hyperactive Disorder) which is very common and very easy to get past. I would suggest Dexedrine or Concerta but drugs aren't absolutely necessary, they are just much easier. I take Dexedrine so I know firsthand that it does work but talk to your doctor cause I am twelve and female so It might not be the same for him. The other thing I think he might have is well Impulse Control Dissorder. It goes under lots of name so once again I suggest you talk to your doctor. Hope it's helpful.
