Okay here we go...about 10 months ago i was biten by a spider at work?

I suffered extreme pain and suffering, my boss would not let me take time off,,i now have scars from the bites, three of them,..it resmebles the recluse spider, the bites, in fact 3 months ago a girl was bitten on the turf farm and had emergency sugery where they removed a mess of flesh and gave her ten stitches on her leg....my question is, what is the time limit you can file a comp case,,now remember my boss refused to let me take time off, the bites were three in the groin area, and left scars that are blackish and about the size of half dollars...i wont go into detail of the pain i was in, but imnage this a dr wanted to do emergency sugery and would not touch me....they wanted to remove the posion and pack it with antiseptic gauze for 2 weeks....
