Once Amazon restores my selling priveledges, how long does it take to recieve my witheld funds.?

If amazon gives you back your selling priveledges back, how long does it take for them to give you back your money. I have funds that they withheld and awaiting that they allow me to sell again. If this happens, can i request a disbursement to my checking account that same day or is theyre another waiting period or hold before i get my money? They are holding 3,000 dollars. thanks.
