Straightening/Curling, and Bleaching my 3 year olds hair?

I seriously hope this is made up. Letting a little girl try on your lip gloss or your heels is one thing, turning her into a looks obsessed freak is another. Teach her she is beautiful the way she is and let her be a little girl.
