What ate the symptoms of male cancer!?

Hi I'm a 32 year old man usmc vet and have a very swollen left with large lump under nipple and inflamed ducts on bolth sides of nipple tissue is swollen and lumpy slightly firm with no discharge nor redness present. Any help I would appriciate it allso I was daministerd enoph anthrax vaccine for 2 people in 1998 by accident by our lovely government
